When you contact us

The contact form asks for your name and email address. You can use a personal or professional email address; providing your organization’s name is optional. You can select one or more mailing options, or choose an inquiry type and write a message. A message is optional when you select a mailing option. The form also sends your selected options, the site name, and language.

We use these details to respond to your inquiry or handle the options you select: notification when LexAndria becomes available for public use, a demo request for LexAndria Pro, or the LexAndria Enterprise waitlist. Do not include confidential legal-matter information.

Formspree delivers inquiries to us. Its service may also process technical information, such as an IP address, for delivery and spam prevention. Read more about Formspree’s security and GDPR compliance.

Submitting a general inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Selecting a mailing option asks us to contact you about that option. You can ask us to stop these updates by emailing office@polaris-ml.com.

How long we keep inquiries

For inquiries that do not become projects, our policy is to delete the correspondence within six months of the last contact. This applies to Formspree records and the receiving mailbox.

If an inquiry becomes a project, separate contractual and legal retention requirements may apply. We will explain those requirements as part of the engagement. Information needed for a legal obligation or dispute may need to be retained longer.

Website hosting

The site uses Amazon Web Services S3 and CloudFront. Delivering and protecting the site involves processing connection information, including IP addresses. Our website configuration does not enable optional CloudFront access logs or S3 server access logs, so we do not retain those logs. This does not mean that AWS processes no technical information when providing its services. See the AWS Privacy Notice for information about AWS’s handling of personal data.

Our statements about hosting paid LexAndria features in Serbia do not mean that website hosting, inquiry delivery or optional analytics are confined to Serbia.

Cookies and optional analytics

When optional analytics is enabled, our privacy panel offers the tools configured for this site: Google Analytics for visit statistics and Microsoft Clarity for heatmaps and session recordings. The contact form is marked for masking in Clarity. These tools use cookies. Neither loads before you allow it. You can reject all, accept all, or choose individual tools in Settings. You can use the site or send an inquiry without accepting analytics. Continuing to browse does not grant permission. Advertising consent remains off.

Your choice and its date are saved in this browser for up to 180 days. The preference is separate from your choices on the POLARIS website and does not contain inquiry text. You can change or withdraw permission through Privacy Settings in the footer. Changing an active choice reloads the page to stop loaded tools, so save any inquiry text first. Withdrawal also removes accessible first-party analytics cookies. It stops the tools under your new choice but does not undo processing that already occurred.

Only configured tools appear in the panel. If analytics is disabled, neither the panel nor Privacy Settings appears and no optional tracker loads. If your browser cannot save a choice, or JavaScript is disabled, analytics stays off.

Your rights

Depending on the law and circumstances, you can request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction or portability. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent where we rely on it. We may need to verify your identity to respond to a request.
